What We Collect
When you submit a page for auditing, we store the URL you provide and the audit results we generate — that's it. You don't need an account or any personal information to run a free audit. If you join the waitlist or purchase a Pro report, we also collect your email address so we can send you the report and occasional product updates.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect for three things: to generate your audit report, to understand how the product is being used so we can improve it, and to deliver your report if you've paid for a Pro analysis. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Third-Party Services
We use OpenAI to process your page's content and generate audit insights. We use Razorpay to handle payments — we never see or store your card details. Neither OpenAI nor Razorpay use your data for training their models or for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
Audit results are stored on our servers indefinitely, so you can revisit your report at any time using the original link. Email addresses collected for the waitlist or paid reports are used only to send your report and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message we send.
Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies — the kind required to keep your session working properly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to request deletion of any data we hold about you. To do so, email us at hello@conversionprobe.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We'll confirm and complete your request within 30 days.
